50/90 is going to be different for me this year! First the arthritis in my left hand is worsening so this might be last guitar hoorah but it seems to be ok with keyboards so i will slowly move over! Keyboards will start to dominate! I am splitting myself into 4 (my psychologist friends think i am still relatively sane). My darker Cave, Cohen Waits songwriter stuff is staying as Coolparadiso, this is the stuff i am going to perform solo if i do gigs. My rocky stuff will be with my band 'Cool and the Paradise'. My electronic stuff (wont be much as its mostly under contract) Is under Paradiso and the multitude of everything else is just plain me John Nicholson (all coded C, CP P or JN) I will try and get enough in 50/90 for one album each (except electronic) I am going to try and ease up a bit this year and just go for a flat 90 maybe just the 50 - i am finding i have so much in demo at the end of 50/90 it is just too hard! So i intend to just about have the 3 albums ready to roll by close of 50/90. Ive upgraded a lot of gear. New drums, new akai MPK3 mini, another guitar. a new multi effects pedal alot of new plug ins and software (spent a lot of time setting up pre sets) I am spending a lot more time producing these days and within available times and dependent on numbers of requests i am happy to have a play with people songs to try and sparkle them up a bit as long as they have their vocals and instrument in separate files. And just be clear if i want my songs critiquing i will go to my mentors not put them up here.
