Lyrics:

By the power of grace
I love your womanly shape
On paper I’ll trace
A perfect figure of eight

From the gloss of your lips
To the top of your hips
My pencil will skate
A perfect figure of eight

Your high heels yell
Like a dinner bell
Wooh here she comes
My heart bangs a drum
From that moment on
I am all but gone
I’m in a trance
Watching you dance

By the power of grace
I love your womanly shape
On paper I’ll trace
A perfect figure of eight

From the gloss of your lips
To the top of your hips
My pencil will skate
A perfect figure of eight

I could stay all day
While my hours away
Admire the view
The pretty vista of you
I smell your perfume
As it circles the room
Transfixed my eyes
I’m hypnotised

By the power of grace
I love your womanly shape
On paper I’ll trace
A perfect figure of eight

From the gloss of your lips
To the top of your hips
My pencil will skate
A perfect figure of eight

There’s nothing more beautiful
Then Mother Nature’s bountiful
Yield like your glorious sway
She really really broke the mould that day

By the power of grace
I love your womanly shape
On paper I’ll trace
A perfect figure of eight

From the gloss of your lips
To the top of your hips
My pencil will skate
A perfect figure of eight

Whoa what a fine and fun song! Just love her lyrics and I always love what the two of you can do! Love that piano!

Such a sensual lyric! Gwyn's bouncy music here gives it a music-hall feel -- feels like a song from the 50s right before the rock-and-roll era took over!

A fun bun between Tom Jones and Zappa, a fine gigi-bigi tune

There is a cool, smooth feel to both the lyrics and the delivery. This is rally catchy and so much fun to listen to. Nice work from both of you!

This is wonderful. I can't help but picture a line of flamboyantly dressed background singers waving some jazz hands Biggrin Great stuff all around!

Nice work! This feels like it could have been sung 70 years ago and just got pulled out of a time vault to be reborn again. Great collaboration.
