I'll be around here and there.

Currently singing and writing songs with the Dicky Driskel Band and collaborating on a full length album to be out sometime this year.

Hi Valerie,
I just listened to "Edge Of A cliff" again with the added Sax. I'll have to say that all the pieces are good, but your vocal really ties it up with a bow!!
I also read some of the comments from ,I think, Chip and T C about all the pieces fitting togeher so nicely that it sounded like it had all been written by one person and it's true.

Val, Nadia sent me version 2 of Love You Back and I have to say, it's very moving! Love your phrasing and the rise and fall of emotion along with Nadia's piano...beautiful! Thank you for doing this shorter version...as they say, sometimes less is more!

Really good job on the vocals for "Edge Of A Cliff" Valerie. The style is rather far afield from my usual territory and henceforth and so forth, I often can't "get into them" that much but "That" I can identify with .

Hi, Val! Most songs with harmonica, it's that and guitar and vocal all in one track. I figure that's how I'm gonna perform them. I started playing harmonica because I can't play much lead guitar anyway, and certainly not as a solo guy.

Thank you Val for your interesting comment regarding You didn't hear my plea. When I was writing this lyric I actually thought about a wife-husband relationship. I was watching a movie about a young wife and her much older husband who was keeping bossing her around and she was trying and trying to be nice but whatever she did she was in for more problems and at the end she decided to divorce him which was a very hard process for her actually, he was rich and able to get away with anything. Anyway, it is interesting you were thinking about a parent-child relationship, that is another possibility I suppose. I'm fascinated to read what you think about my lyrics and music. I love your vision!
