BIO:

Finnish composer/electronic musician type, rollin' in with my Orchestra-In-A-Box and other Assorted Goods!

Epic, emotional and sometimes random are my things. Stuff I do is mostly computer-made, heavily soundtrack influenced and not "songs" as such, though I have been fiddling in that territory lately as well.

Practicing how to combine electronic and orchestral will be sort of my "theme" for this 50/90 overall. I've done fair bit of orchestral stuff by now, so getting pretty confident with that, but the electronic portion still needs practice. This should show up in both my other work as well as my primary project: The Warspawn OST, which will be a full soundtrack for a fictional roleplaying game following the plot of my work-in-progress novel. All songs part of that will be marked with [OST] on the list below.

I have no idea what I'm meant to write here so... umm... Hi!

I'm thrilled you liked do I hear a whisper? and at least one other song of mine.
I really want to work with you, so if you're even vaguely serious, I'm happy to put a lock on the song and add you as a collab for, say 30 days. That way you'll have first option at them.
Very happy. cc.

Hi, I like your music very much. You have mad skills, my friend.
I know time is precious and you must be very busy. but I have a lyric that might be perfect for your work. Maybe for the OST??? Maybe.
The song is called "do I hear a whisper?" (number 21) please check it out, as well as my other lyrics, in case there is something else you might like....
Please let me know if you are interested. I hope so.

cc

Thanks for the comments on my songs. I often wonder if it wouldn't be better to use sample sounds instead of real instruments, because I'm nowhere near a professional at any except guitar. I'm really just a band and orchestra teacher gone bad. Still, I keep reminding myself that there is a human element to music, and it shouldn't be edited out, especially in this setting. I'm glad you appreciate the string and flute arrangements I'm doing because I know your listening through a lot of the technique and intonation flaws. I'm looking forward to hearing more of your compositions-- especially the orchestral video game music. Post a few vivace battle scene tracks!!!

Yes! I look forward to that opportunity.

Your first song is brilliant! People should be listening to it now, not reading this.... go... go listen. Recommended,

wolf.

Hey, Rahkoi. :)

Thanks for the feedback. Looking forward to hearing yours!

Thanks for the great feedback on my first song. Looking forward to your first delivery!

Received and replied!

Hi Rahkoi, thanks for taking the time to listen to "so many things" I wanted something with a country feel, sung with a Scottish accent and to slightly twist the old country thing, I think I almost got there.

Hey mon!

(I actually typoed "hey mom!" at first and...that was strange.)

Look forward to hearing more Rakhoi compositions.

That sounds great, that songwriters forum thingy... http://www.dragondreams.org.uk/SAforum I'm gonna join right now.
