Whoops, "Reverbnation"

Sure on putting Last Wolf on your Reverberation page
I'll try to remember to check on how much attention it gets.
It's a bit out of the mainstream but sometimes that can be a "good" thing

My first reply didn't seem to post
Yeah, on The Last Wolf
You captured the feeling all right
Great ending.
May not get much for comments this late but that's all right.
I'll post it in updated demos tomorrow
Thanks Paul

"""BTW, congrats on winning ;) You did some mighty fine work this year."""
Thanks on that, Paul
The muse was most kind this year.
Now if I can just keep her in a good humor till FAWM.
I'll sweet talk her shamelessly, She's a sucker for sweet talk :)

Hi Paul,
Yeah, see wht you can do with "The Last Wolf"
That lyric is kind of a "one of a kind" in what I put up this year.
That is, I didn't write anything else like that and It touched me pretty deep also.

Hiya,
Saw your soundboard post. Sure thing :) A link to my facebook and/or soundcloud page would be good please.
I've been thinking of getting a Reverbnation account, it seems to link nicely into Facebook (where I spend a lot of my time anyway), but there are a few other tools like that I guess... What are your thoughts on it?

Hi Paul, I would also like to thank you very much not only for tweaking the lyrics, but also for adding some special elements. I like them more than the former ones. Thanks a lot!

Hi Paul

Just wanted to let you know I (finally) uploaded two of the Arthur Rossi songs, for which you helped to word the lyrics in a nice, english way. Thank you! :-)

Paul, I haven't rapped yet, or tried to scat to real jazz, or sing opera, and I almost died of embarrassed laughter trying to record two lines of dialogue for the Kristian/cts song 'Toronto', which is far too sexy for me to pull off with any decorum. So far, these appear to be my limitations. ;) Thanks for the vote of confidence!

"call" - Thanks Paul. You can't cut and paste from the World of Titles. It's unfortunate cause I'm a terrible typist. :)

Thanks Paul - I'm glad you liked it! I hadn't forgotten about it, it had just slipped off my list of things to work on...

Hi Paul, I know I claimed Regarding Kissing a while ago, but I have finally done the demo (and added you as a collaborator). Hope you like it... http://fiftyninety.fawmers.org/songs/11033

Paul, there is so much more I could do with Princess/Feminist but not with one mic! I might see if Debs wants to play with it sometime with me. Otherwise, I totally agree, there need to be harmonies and overlap between the 2 voices.

That'll be great Paul, I'll add you as collab

Hi Paul, it´s me again... :-) Now I read your comments on Roel`s soundboard and I`d like to thnak you also for being willing to help us with the lyrics... Please, as I said before, feel free to do all with them what you regard as necessary or as an improvement... or if you like you can also tell me what I should do and I will try to do so...
Thank you once again!

Again and again I am so grateful for your very, very kind comments, Paul... I am not sure if my (simple) lyrics really deserve so much nice words... Thank you so much for your kindness and for taking the time to read/to listen to and to comment. I really enjoy ín reading what you write...

No, I haven't added anything to it since I pitched it to you. I can make a little demo of my melody if that'll help you out.

I'm excited to be getting this collab underway!

Thanks for the heads up, Paul! I can't listen now, but I will as soon as I can.

Paul, of course, I do not mind... on the contrary, I would feel honoured...

Hey Paul, I only wanted to say thank you very, very much for your many, many, many wonderful and gorgeous comments! You are really too kind!

Hey, no worries. We've got a whole month left.

Thank you very much, Paul! It is such a beautiful song, love the music, the guitar and your voice... About the corrections of the lyrics, I already told you last time I like your version much more than the former one... Wonderful, emotional music, thank you so much! I love it a lot!

Sorry it took so long, my friend, but I have now caught up on all your songs. :) Keep them coming; I'll be back!

Hey Paul, I am more than delighted at your version, frankly, I like it more than the original!! You have added some extra-elements like in the 2nd verse which makes it be much more a story. Very nice, I am keen on hearing the whole song!

Paul, thanks a lot for the great news!! Got absolutely thrilled when having read your kind comment!! I look very, very forward to the demo!! As I wrote, of course, you are free to alter anything pertaining to the lyrics to make them fit better or for whichever reason. I am very keen on listening to it, of course, however, please, don´t put yourself under time-pressure because of it. Take all the time you need and whenever you recorded something it will be ok and, to me, it will be a great pleasure to listen to it...

Paul, thanks so much for your kind words!! It would truely be an honour to me if you gave it a go...

Well, I've just started a new song called "I Saw My Love The Other Day." All I really have is a melody for the verses and the beginning of the story.

The first verse might go something like:
I saw my lo-ove the other day
I was surprised she didn't wave
She walked along and held the hand
Of another loving man

It's in 3/4. The fourth syllable of each line is drawn out and emphasized. There's plenty of places we could take the story.

But if you come up with something better, that's good, too.

Hey, Paul. I'm really digging your songs. Would you like to try a co-write or collab with me? I bet we could do an awesome folk duet or something.

Thanks a lot for the fast response!!
kind regards

Hi Paul, I have been enjoying in your songs, dropping by and sometimes commenting on them. I do not know, of course, if you are open to collaborations or not, but if you are, I`d love to invite you to have a (short) look on some of my lyrics and I`d look very forward to a possible collab in the case you find anything you eventually like...
kind regards

Hi Paul, thanks for the comments, Roberta did a great job with the facebook song.

Hi Paul, thanks for your lovely feedback on The Lark - glad you enjoyed it :) lol - Kahiwa was the genius behind the happy clapping in the chorus which definitely gave the song a boost. Yep, the toad hopping boy just appeared when I was fumbling for something to rhyme with road, and I'm glad he did - kinda fond of him now :)

Hi Paul, thanks for listening to "sally's men" your comments are greatly appreciated. Working on Donna's "lost to the rain" was a complete pleasure, such wonderful lyrics,

Paul, I think the whole show was an excuse to play musical interludes, really. There are many more! And yes, he's not the most original character, is he? That's why the first line in the song is "I need a superman". ;) I am painfully aware of my own psychiatric needs, and that music heals the soul. However, you all have to suffer through the process as well. Sorry about that! :D

Thanks on "Last Wolf" Paul
Actually, I though it had some power too. At least it stirred me up while I was writing it
I could "Hear" it all right but more "poemesque" if that's a word. I think it would move some people if someone could do it properly.

Thanks for listening to Let It Go and thanks for the nice comment!

Thanks for you comments on Red Top - it now has a demo, but you might need treatment after listening to it.

Hi Paul, thank you for the kind comments on "look for magic" much appreciated. think I'm gonna listen to "The Ghost Of Woody Guthrie" sounds like it could be a good un!

Hi Paul. Sorry for the delayed reply - this past week was a bit rough. Thanks for the beautiful comment on Great Divide. It took a really long time to write those lyrics, much longer than usual. I had to phrase everything correctly, and only when I finished writing did I notice that each spirit had given me a very different perspective that could be seen as a metaphor that others could use when approaching the "deceased".

Also, I have been a fan of Expendable Friend's music for a very long time now, since I first found one of her songs last year. Thanks for passing the recommendation along to me. I love her work! Happily, you do too. :) Many more people should hear her!

Hey mr. milne, i got the demo up for Right Now (kristi lyrics), in case you got a spare moment.

Thanks for the great feedback on The Five :) does it spoil it if I confess to not being a beer drinker? ;)

Thank you, Paul, so much for having taken the time to read and to comment that kindly on "sunshine after rain"...! I really feel very honoured by your words... Thank you!

No prob man...I try out all kinds of music..never know what will strike a chord and what won't...

Hi Paul, thanks for all your lovely comments. My May ball set was fun, in a surreal kind of way, though by 4am there were a lot of people who were either totally wasted or falling asleep on each others' shoulders. At least I got to sing lots of songs about maths without feeling like the only geek in a sea of cool people!

Hey Paul! Thank you so much for your that kind comments on "I`m okay"... it is only thanks to alfalfa like that, undoubtedly, he is a great artist!! Of course, you do a great job, too! Truely love to listen to your creations! Hope there`ll be more of them soon...

your English Major hat is on straight-- sometimes i think there's too many of us. then i go out into the world and realize there aren't...

I can't help when I get on a roll. Thanks for listening.

Hi Paul, thanks for your very nice comments on "Right Now." I'm glad you think it could be a real conversation...ya know, being fiction, anything can happen. Maybe I should write a sequel! lol

Thanks for the link to your blog post. No worries about the name-check. My internet presence isn't big enough to make it worthwhile, anyway.

Paul, that would be fine by me. Enjoy.
