This marks the sixth year of involvement. I don't plan on dedicating much time to 50/90 this year, but you never know. My time's mainly fixed on narrating and producing two audiobooks before the end of July, and continued work on my album, with a side order of gigs and this year's entry in the State Fair Superstar competition in late August.

You'll figure out pretty quickly that I'm primarily an acoustic americana singer-songwriter. That said, I do veer into other arenas from time to time.

Looking back to a time when I was a FAWM & 50/90 virgin, I can honestly say that doing these challenges has strengthened my lyric writing tremendously. Joining groups like GYAWS has had me working on production more, and playing out live has had me working on my enunciation and stage presence. My weak link is that my instrumental skills, while improved, haven't kept pace with the rest of the progress. That said, if you're looking to collaborate, I'm usually up for it, provided I have the time. If you're interested, hit me up.

Oh, and for feedback, if you want to leave more detailed responses, with suggestions for improvements or alternate approaches to a song, feel free. If a song's horrible, and posted anyway, it's because my inner editor is tied up in the closet, not to be released until October. I'm usually aware of horrible, so don't be afraid you'll hurt my feelings. Tell me what you really think, ideally without profanity, death threats, or thrown rotten produce. We can't get better if everyone's walking on eggshells being overly polite.
