Hey, it's me. Kurtis Kanttila, 25 year old One Man Band dude from Northern Ontario. I make Rock 'n Roll music, simple as that. I started recording music in the summer of 2016 and I've so far made 22 albums. My idea is prolific over perfect. In my songs I express what I'm interested in and feeling at the time of recording.

My musical journey began 12 years ago when I listened to KISS' Psycho Circus album for the first time. My passion for music and obsession over bands was set off. Two albums that got me to actually make music were Bob Dylan's Highway 61 Revisited and Sonic Youth's Daydream Nation. Both showed me what artistic expression through music could be and it was enough to get me writing lyrics. Listening to The Misfits for the first time was the final straw that got me recording.

J-Pop is the majority of what I listen to day to day. Seiko Oomori is one of my great music idols and I also love Utada Hikaru, BiSH, BAND-MAID, Yui, Perfume, miwa, the peggies, SCANDAL and much more. I love anime, especially Slice of Life & Mecha and I take a lot of inspiration from that also.
