I am a non-professional singer/songwriter who plays guitar just enough to support my lyric writing habit. Sometimes there's a touch of djembe or perhaps a tiny bit of Eede Beede mini dulcimer. I've performed in NY, NJ, VA, PA, MD and CT at coffehouses, open mics, a lovely farmer's market, the "Rock the Mountain" music festival and at several songwriters in the round events. I've collaborated with a dozen or so folks over the years. I've been involved with numerous venues, festivals and songwriter retreats. I'm working on my first CD, which will probably become available sometime late 2016 or early 2017. It's taking me forever to get it done, but I'm not using any crowdfunding to get there.
I don't expect to hit 50 songs but am looking forward to getting a few songs done and doing some skirmishes, perhaps a Superskirmish or two.
I am not a techie and my demos will reflect that.
Thanks in advance for whatever interaction we have. Thanks in advance for any comments you might share.
Please consider donating to 5090 if you can. Burr and his staff have grown this community into something special and the least we can do is to help support it financially by kicking in a few bucks to help sustain it. The cost of a few cups of coffee, a set of strings, a few beers, bottle of wine, or a pizza can get you a pair of ROCK HANDS and kudos from the community here. It's a tiny price to pay for all that we get back from this place. Thank you!
