Liner Notes:

This is a song I really wish I could finish. I have the lyrics, I can flesh it out, but the thing that tripped me up is the chorus melody. The only melody I could think during the arpegio part is twinkle twinkle little star. I was like "no, this ain't happening" so I haven't gone back to this song.

I recorded a lot this summer, but I didn't finish a lot as is seen in these instrumental demoes.

This was just a test recording from earlier where I played all the riffs I had. I like it, I want to reuse it, but man I need to think of a different progression in the chorus or a different melody. I have an arpeggio addiction, I must play arpeggios at all times. Thanks a lot Johnny Marr.

This song shows the limitations of only having one crash cymbal...and it being a china cymbal.

Don't tell anyone but the beat is a near copy of Iron Maiden's "The Duelists".

Please keep your comments respectful, honest, and constructive. Please focus on the song and not the demo.

Reminded straight out of the gate of Black Sabbath's "Children of the Grave" but then it all goes very Rush-like. Definitely a lot of potential in this, I reckon. Go where your prog sensibilities take you!

I love it. The intro grabs me right away. I love the riff for what I believe is V1. Really good stuff so far!

Twinkle twinkle little star does fit there, but I guess the stars do not twinkle here, they either blaze or become black holes
