I thought I was all done. Then I got into skirmish mode and tried to get something in just under the wire! And, surprisingly, I like it!

Really enjoyed 50/90 this year and got 20 new songs out of it!

Dream
Like you mean it
Routinely
Foreseen it
The scene it always resets itself
Dream
Like you mean it

Scream
Like you mean it
Obscenely
Demean it
The dream it always folds back on itself
Scream
Like you mean it

Lean into the darkness
Everything fades to gray
Search for signs of purpose
Everything bleeds away

Scream
Like you dreamed it
Dream
Like you screamed it
Foreseen it
Demeaned it
And drifted away

Scream
Like you dreamed it
Dream
Like you screamed it
Foreseen it
Demeaned it
And drifted away

Well done, for your last song - excellent lyrics, well performed. Good to meet you via 50/90, maybe see you next year.

Why are waltzes so incredibly engaging? It's absolutely impossible to sit still listening to this, it just picks you up and whirls you around. So much to love here - the great guitar breaks with a tone to die for, the vocals, and the lyrics that might have a spooky aspect for Halloween, might be something much, much darker...

You're certainly ending Fifty/Ninety on a high with this one, John.

Great song to close up to. I love that line, Scream like you dreamed it. Very cool. Music and vocals are enticing.

Ooohhh Sweet guitar solos, man. That tone is divine. Did you have to sacrifice anything to get it?

The structure with the words has a very classic-in-the-making feel to it. Something that I'd expect to hear on the radio still 50 years from now.

This is a keeper. Good job!

Definitely see why you like this one. It's a good one. And I couldn't help but pick up the guitar and play along.

Well written! I love the internal rhymes and the 3/4 time signature. The tone on your leady bits kills me!
