Liner Notes:

I'm sure this AlterEgo voicing is probably getting boring to some, but I'm gradually getting better at using it (and it's fun). I'm using the "Bones" male voice and the "Marie Ork" voice as backup singer.

Lyrics:

Take your shoes off,
sit down and relax.
Let your mind go,
forget about the maniacs.

Don't know what to do,
don't know what to say.
Don't know if we should
go out today.

Take your shoes off,
sit down and relax.
Let your mind go,
forget about the maniacs.

Don't know what to do,
don't know what to say.
Don't know if we should
go out today.

Take your shoes off,
sit down and relax.
Let your mind go,
forget about the maniacs.

Unwind,
forget the news stories.
We will be
hunky dory.

Take your shoes off,
sit down and relax.
Let your mind go,
forget about the maniacs.

Take your shoes off,
sit down and relax.
Let your mind go,
forget about the maniacs.
Forget about the maniacs.
Forget about the maniacs.
Forget.

wow, that's one intense voice filter thingy on there. catchy and fun.. the frantic nature of the music works well with that strange vocal!

nice synth action there...

Those synths are really hitting the spot. You've made some great choices for the pads and the lead line; they really fit well together and this grooves along splendidly.

I installed AlterEgo last month at the same time as I installed Plogue's Sforzando player and I have gone so far down the sforzando rabbit hole that have yet to use AlterEgo on a track at all. This really makes me think that I need to sit down and have a deep dive into it, because it sounds really interesting (and not at all what I was expecting!) Not getting bored with vocaloids yet. Don't expect to in the future, either. Keep 'em coming!

The straightforward bashy drums with the synths really drive this in a compulsive way. The vocal has a hypnotic quality--yes, I will forget about the maniacs (I wish). At least I will forget about them for a few minutes when I listen to this. The "solo" thing is pretty cool, if solo is the right word. I'm talking about the little breaks between vocals. Back for another listen. Yeah, there is something really calming about this tune, despite its propulsive quality. Hunky dory indeed

The energy in the synths is fantastic. Plus, I really needed the message. So many maniacs.
