Liner Notes:

I was reading Mary Trump's book about her family when I wrote this. She is the daughter of DJT's elder brother, Freddy, whose life was mostly tragic.
Sometimes I push the limits of limericks and try to get as many words as possible into a small space.
When I write music, I usually use C Major. It can always be transposed. My interesting voice and limited piano skills are a fit for this key.
By the way, because of Low G ukulele and my uke teacher getting me into training classes to lead ukulele introductions where I had to sing, I was finally able to hear a tune in my head and sing it. Ukulele is an amazing instrument.

Three More Limericks, July 18, 2020, #8, Elizabeth Singleton

A E7 A
Trump has too much, but it’s never enough.
A E7 A
I bet he’d eat money out of a trough.
A E7
He cheats for his pleasure
A E7
To get more treasure.
A E7 A
His niece and nephew, from their inheritance, he cut off.

A E7 A
Mary Trump could stand it no more,
A E7 A
Watching her uncle destroy the country she adores.
A E7
She wrote her book
A E7
To expose our psychopathic crook.
A E7 A
Don’s mental disintegration is raging full bore.

A E7 A
America’s future as a republic is up to us.
A E7 A
We must vote for a person of trust.
A E7
Voter suppression has appeared.
A E7
Russia and China will interfere.
A E7 A
You must vote, or the country will combust.
