Liner Notes:

Productivity is dowwwnnn, oh well.
If this creeps you out: Don't worry, I creep myself out too.

Lyrics:

I guess we all die waiting for something better than this
The expectation’s a key to survival, but blink and you’ll miss
the ground it opens far below the exit sign
Don’t close your eyes, wave and smile
Please stay alive, smile.

Keep your head up

I guess we all die waiting for something much better than this
The expectation’s a key to survival, but blink and you’ll miss
the ground it opens far below the neon sign
that shines a light, wave and smile
Please stay, please.

Love the syncopated/rhythmic piano figure undergirding the song's verses. The 'keep your head up' chorus was surprisingly catchy. I didn't find this creepy-- rather musically interesting and cool! Nice work. Smile

Really cool sound. I like the idea that we are waiting for something we might blink and miss. Survival is one thing. But everyone's looking for something "more", and possibly not seeing it? And trying to stay present and alive. That's what you're making me think about.

An intriguing piece. That piano holds it all together. The vocals are soft and come through really well.

I actually really like this, I guess I am weird too! The music and lyrics do give an unsettling effect, but we all need that in our music sometimes.

Yeah! That insistent piano drives the track along and the "keep your head up" section is weird and dissonant and wonderful. I love the space in this song, as well as the playful vocal. So much truth in the lyrics as well.

Minimalist to the max! Very original and almost hypnotic with some great lines...top stuff!

Very cool. The Piano conveyes restlesness to ne. Works well with lyrics. I dig the melodies you created. A good listen!
