this reminds me of the science fiction movies i used to see as a child.
Clever piece of music - until the organ comes in at the end it just never lets you settle, all the way through it feels like it's going to resolve into a comfortable melodic zone, but always drifts away again.
Wonderfully strange and perfect to celebrate this day! It eerily evolves and keeps one in suspense as it evolves. Deliciously spooky and strange. Would be a great sound track!
The title fits the music for sure.
Like walking in a graveyard at midnight - the sense of foreboding is palpable.
That bass drone adds to the atmosphere.
Great work!
I love the way this continues to wander further and further away from home until that last, delicious resolution. Nicely strange!
Oooh - spooky and strange for sure! Gives me goosebumps!
The title certainly matches the music. That synth sound all by itself is spooky but you have a musical way to, too, to build and release tension. I like how the music wonders at first and then it starts to form and then comes the organ sound finale. Good entry to the ISDM Challenge.
There's a stretch from :26-:46 that makes me feel/see light, amidst the gloom the rest of the track surrounding that phrase brings.
Indeed a great build to bringing in the organ.
Regarding that organ - so full and meshes with the other sounds; what a soundscape to end this.
The build is great. And the finale is fantastic! Would love to add bass tones.
Spacesynth...I see outer space...definitely strange. The scale you are using is consistent and almost creepy. Feels like a dream...almost or maybe nightmare...going up the scale now...hard church chorus now...kind of like a fountain of music flowing over...and out. Yeah...lol...I think this really cool. Nice job Nadia.
Oh this is very cool. Loving those reverb dripping pipe organ sounds and dissonance, perhaps even with a bit of chromatica
Really like this reminds me of Edgar Allan Poe.
Perfectly strange aura to that main instrument voice itself, and a sense of wandering and foreboding. But wow, what a terrific thrilling climax when the pipes come in!!
Beautifully creepy! It's giving me chills, seriously. The effect on the organ for most of the song is cool - works well with the spacey, ethereal feel. Then it comes on full bore - ominous!
