Liner Notes:

Another one that the Catalytic Perverters composed during last Tuesday's session. I added the vocals tonight, a week later (new session in a few minutes!).

I used some titles from the Titular tool to write lyrics. the "breeze" song skirmish prompt also popped in again.

Lyrics:

I'm a realist
I want to be a dreamer
but I can't to sleep at night
I'm used up
I want to be redeemed
feeling empty and I just might

surrender unto the breeze
limits happened
just basic me
you know, I'm almost thankful

I'm not a lover
I sure am not a fighter
I don't fight
I don't kiss and tell
I'm a loner
one day I'll be a goner
how long till somebody whiffs the smell?

surrender unto the breeze
limits happened
just basic me
you know, I'm almost thankful

I'm a realist
I want to be a dreamer
I don't fight
I don't kiss and tell
I'm a loner
one day I'll be a goner
how long till somebody sniffs the smell?
how long till somebody sniffs the smell?
how long till somebody sniffs the smell?

Please keep your comments respectful, honest, and constructive. Please focus on the song and not the demo.

Yeah! A beast of a metal/punk/power pop gem! Dig that big guitar sound. Vocal is exuberant and real, too. Rock on!

First of all, may I just say that the name "Catalytic Perverters" is worthy of a Pulitzer in itself--let along the song. Which, by the way, I really enjoyed. I don't listent to a lot of punk, but just picked up a book about all of The Clash's songs and am trying to...become cool. Nice work on this!
