Liner Notes:

if you are not doing the Aunty Sin challenge this one may seem even weirder than normal. Anti song to Plain white toasts Bubbles song

Im going away - only got this a couple of hours ago and had to do a one take. its true anti! pretty much took an opposite viewpoint to everything! except stayed exact same structure. uke banjo and guitar where nearby - uke got the vote for a tongue in cheek song

Lyrics:

Nothing is infinite don’t let them say
Size isn’t everything yesterday or today
And I am a bubble and I really know
Bubbles exist wherever I go

Don’t let then suppress you with silly laws
Much of a muchness I see all my flaws
Coming together bubbles will crash
Of course bubbles explode like when cultures clash

Inside or outside don’t really care
Wont grow for ever don’t seem quite fair
Im just odd but omnipotent you see
I know lots and I am so free

Inside or outside don’t really care
Wont grow for ever don’t seem quite fair
Im just odd and omnipotent you see
I know lots and I am so free
I know lots a nd I know I am free

Nothing is infinite don’t let them say
Size isn’t everything yesterday or today
And I am a bubble and I really know
Bubbles exist wherever I go

Hmm...if you don't mind me saying but this one seems even weirder than normal. Smile But seriously, this is fun. Haven't listened to Toast's song but I guess it had something to do with social media. Anyway, the lyrics are really bonza with a childlike charm and I like the playful playing and singing. It's not every day that you hear a song written from an omnipotent point of view. Smile

I just play the game @Klaus I don't follow the thread. I get given a song and I just write it's antithesis. I will go back know and see how it all started! I think I'm about 7th in the chain.

Yuppers - definitely a bit weird. I'm used to that, though. Intrigued by the sense of innocence and wonder your song has; very simple yet profound. Nice work!

you make a good bubble. i feel i understand the inner life of bubbles a bit better now. the ukei is the perfect instrument to accompany the song of the bubble.

Enjoyable left(vocals)/right(uke) panning. I like the idea of a bubble being a metaphor for something temporary. Nice job for a quick one!

was hard working on two very abstract songs! and though yours definitely qualified as opposite there were a lot of similarities too. anyway yours is quirky and deep at the same time and very impressive for a quick turn, thanks for playing!

Weird, wonderful, and somewhat whimsical yet thought provoking like there is a deep hidden message! Love the way you went with this. The uke is a perfect instrument for it.
