Liner Notes:

A fast one... first one I've completed in a week. Got ideas but finally something is done.

Lyrics:

I dream about you and I wonder what you'd be doing now
i wonder what you'd be singing if you had the courage to stick around

I guess it doesn't do any good to wonder what might have been
So I'll try not to dream about the way it isn't

I guess it doesn't do any good to wonder what might have been
So I'll try not to dream about the way it isn't

I dream about you and I wonder what you'd be doing now...

Well dang, dude! I wasn't expecting such an epic build-up. It's interesting that I'm catching this because I was thinking of someone earlier today who, sadly, isn't in my life anymore. I thought about what I could have done to be a better friend. However I don't think it would have course corrected where we were headed. Although this one's short, it's got enough packed in it for a solid demo. Nice work, my man!

This is a great song. Really enjoyed the dynamics within the song. Nice solo.

Cool lyrics and plugging in my headphones for this one. Hold. Love the guitar intro...good vocals and melody. Drums kicking in...sounds good. Chorus...nicely done. Guitar solo...cool. Nice slowdown outro. Good job TC.

I saw this one, had half an idea for it, almost hit you up for it, but knew you were busy, so I didn't. I feel better confessing for some reason now though. Smile
Simple lyrics, but they speak volumes. "What you'd be singing" is a very tender sentiment. And yeah, the what-if game, not a good idea. Hard not to get sucked into it though, isn't it? Sigh...
Dig that instrumental break.
Smile

I love this personal, powerful song! I was expecting a guitar/vocal and even thinking right away that this could be a big, bold rocker - and it is! (Would still work with one guy with guitar.)
I feel a real connection with this one, too - lost a good friend, and my absolute favorite guitar playing partner, when he committed suicide about five years ago. I have not found anyone who comes close to the natural chemistry we had, and he was funny as hell, too.
