Liner Notes:

I got a late start as I was preoccupied with setting up my amp so I might mess around with some of the effects pedals that are down in the practice space. I was primarily interested in the digital delay, but I also grabbed the tremolo.

a simple song with an important message. your results may vary.

Lyrics:

don't tell her to smile
don't tell her to smile
she's not going to like if you tell her to smile
don't tell her to smile

you don't know what she's been feeling
you don't know what she's going through

don't tell her to smile
don't tell her to smile
she's not going to like if you tell her to smile
don't tell her to smile

you don't know what she's been feeling
you don't know what she's been going through

don't tell her to smile
don't tell her to smile
don't tell her to smile
don't tell her to smile

Very nice song. I like it. The simplicity of the lyrics tell a deeper story!

Understated, unflashy, and completely riveting. The simple words, repeated over and over, hint as so much. I could listen to this over and over. I think I will!

That guitar tone is sooo very delicious. The delivery smooth as butter. The song is so relateable and chorus infectious. By the end I was singing along.
