Demo:

Liner Notes:

A mashup of a discussion in an electric vehicles group about Fords, and the Facebook Song Skirmish group prompt to steal a title from a book or a movie. I remembered a silly social game where you look up the #1 pop hit when you turned fourteen. Well my parents listened to country, and from the same year was the Jerry Reed song Lord Mr. Ford. I started playing the D F D riff and recorded one track duplicated and offset with different effects in Garageband. There ya go song #4.

Lyrics:

remove chords
Lord Mr. Ford
Guitar tuned open B BF#BD#F#B

riff
Lord Mr. Ford
Gonna make 16 EV’s
40 electrified

Refrain 1
Riff

Lord Mr. Ford are you making one for me?

riff
Lord Mr. Ford
Where’s the concept car
Where’s the assembly line

Repeat Refrain 1

riff
Lord Mr. Ford
Lost my business
With all this compliance nonsensicalness

Refrain 1
Riff

Lord Mr. Ford do you think you’re gonna make one for me?

Riff

I like the phrase "compliance nonsensicalness." That's fantastic. I also love the slide guitar. I like the bluesy song about electric cars. A lot of fun!

Griity slide playing, cool guitar sounds. Unique take on the blues. Good one!
My dad loved Jerry Reed. But I missed that one - I should check it out.

That's a cool riff sliding up and down those strings. I really love the sound of that slide and whatever effects you used are good ones.

Love the slide guitar on this one. The riff pattern works really well with your delivery and concise lyrics.
