Liner Notes:

After finishing the music for this, I was looking for lyrics around here and I came across Valerie's lyrics of 'Believe' http://fiftyninety.fawmers.org/song/24511. Which I liked very much. To me, the music conveys a sense of seeing/believing, but I don't think my vocals will fit here.

Head phones recommended.

Lyrics:

Open up your heart and tell me what you see
Open up your heart and tell me what you believe

(Everything is so much bigger)
(Everything is so much smaller)
(Everything)

Open up your eyes and tell me what you feel
Open up your eyes and tell me what you believe

(Everything is so much different)
(Everything is so much closer)
(Everything)
(Everything)

Open up your mind and tell me what you perceive
(Everything is so much closer)
Open up your mind and tell me what you believe

(Everything is so much different)
(Everything is so much stronger)
(Everything is so much bigger)

Open up your heart and tell me what you see
(Everything is so much different)
Open up your heart and tell me what you believe
(Everything is so much closer)
(Everything is so much closer)
(Everything is so much bigger)

Wow, this works well! I almost feel like I could go into a trance-something so meditative. Nice collab!

Cool sounding music and totally different take on the lyrics! Love the interplay of the layers and rythym with the unique vocals!

That's a really chill vibe. I love the way it opens up there around the 2 minute mark. Very immersive. This is cool and relaxed. I think it fits great with the lyrics.

Really nice laid-back feel ... guitar shimmers, and the bass is really in the pocket. The subtle keyboards, voices and little effects add to the transcendent soundscape. The break and the "I love you" is absolutely lovely. Great one, Ferry!

I was at a loss for words, but TG never is: Those shimmering guitars really are great, slinky and playful amidst this chill vibe. It really has a quiet joy, like a serotonin infusion. I've often thought it would be great to post a lyric that was meant to be read while the music played, not sung. I really love the repetition of "everything"--the whole vibe makes me want to embrace the whole universe
