The whole selfie thing annoys me. Yet I understand the value of photo documentation. But I still chose to make fun of those who are selfie-focused!

living by myself
see?
all my pics are self-
ies
all the world can see
me

y

I love everything about
me
can't understand why you don't
see
you all should really love
me
please don't disa-
gree

I'm the one the world was waiting for
I'm the one that's come to set you free
I'm the one that you should really follow
You can make my empty life complete

I'm sitting home on Fri-
day
'fraid to go outside and
play
world treats me unfair-
ly
I should take a
selfie

living by myself
see?
all my pics are self-
ies
now all the world can see
me
mental unhealth-
y

I'm the one the world was waiting for
I'm the one that's come to set you free
I'm the one that you should follow
You can help me make my empty life complete

I'm living by myself
see?
all my pics are self-
ies
all the world can see
me

Yeah, I love this selfie look in the mirror POV. Music fits well too. Great job, thanks for playing!

Yeah, that's pretty much the whole story right there in a nutshell. Cool.

You're making a pretty strong argument for pet pictures instead of selfies here. Wink Well done.

I don't know how you manage to make a song about selfies sound so lovely and, yes, moving, even in all the narrator's self-centeredness. Your vocals are always so warm, they inspire empathy even with this sorry character. Quite a tuneful treat!

melodically beautiful (and a bit disturbing at the same time-- in a good way) we all have a bit of that narcissism, to a degree, and of course this character has it to spare... love the melody and phrasing of that last note in each line, really distinctive and memorable. great job!

Moving, insightful, and poingant pointed perspective on a contemporary social phenomenon from a highly relevant point of view! Brilliant take on the prompt! And as always your music is spendid. The gentle delivery hear and gorgeous music adds to the poignancy.
