GarageBand on ipad

I finished my first song but I'm away from home and using GarageBand on my iPad. I tried to share the music with iTunes, sound cloud and YouTube. None of them worked. Garageband insists that the song is in iTunes but it's not there and every time I try to share it directly with sound cloud or YouTube I'm told I can't. I've done this before with no problem. What am I doing wrong?

I wish I could help, but who can understand the fickle ways of the technology gods? Our modern toys are great, until they're infuriating and one wants to take a hammer to them. But you have my sympathies, as worthless as they are; I'm sure your Garageband situation is very annoying!

I have the app on iPod (an old one!) I usually wind up sending it to myself via email then converting it for free with an online converter, then posting it on Soundcloud. You have to post it here under the streaming tab"

That would mean waiting until I get home to post it, and I have easier ways of posting once I get home. It's just frustrating because the whole point of the iPad was remote writing and posting of music and it has worked in the past, so I don't know why it's not working now. Grr. Moving on. Thanks though!
