Hi everybody--- well, as some of you may know, Helen, aka Helen's evin twin (back in the old days) is doing a big North American tour from the UK. She'll be in NYC on Friday night Sept 23rd.
It's been a while, in any event, since those of us in the NYC area have gotten together in person, so i'm hosting another gathering here, in manhattan, and specifically in the upper west side of manhattan, when Helen's visiting New York City.. on Friday Sept 23rd, in the evening.

Helen had a great songwriting game that we played later on in the evening. I recorded some of it, and here's a video of an R&B number she came up with.
